Based in Germany since 2022, Ayan earned his Master’s in Software Engineering from RWTH Aachen, and currently works as a Software Engineer at Klarna in Berlin. Beyond his core work, Ayan is passionate about mentoring students and professionals, guiding them through their education and career journeys in Germany. His support covers the entire process from CV reviews and mock interviews to mastering key software engineering concepts and preparing for technical interviews, helping future tech professionals secure roles and avoid the challenges he once faced.
Living in Germany since 2016, Abhik came to pursue his Master’s in Automotive Systems Engineering at TU Chemnitz. After two years as a software engineer, he completed his MBA at Imperial College Business School, London, in 2022. Currently, he works as a Senior Program Manager at a multinational engineering firm in Berlin, has eight years of professional experience in Germany, and mentors students and professionals on their study and career journeys in Germany.
